Sinan is a Data Engineer and Full Stack Developer at the Policy and Research Initiative (PRI), where he leads the design and development of the organisation's data library and foundation. He builds the platform end to end, from the back-end data infrastructure that stores and standardises datasets to the front-end interface through which PRI delivers that data to policymakers, researchers, and other key stakeholders. He holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the Delhi School of Economics. Before joining PRI, he delivered Power BI dashboards for more than ten clients and held analyst and finance roles across Kerala and the UAE, including at CIGI, Hadia CSE, and Aswaq Management Services. His expertise spans data engineering, full-stack web development, dashboard design, SQL, Python, and Power BI/DAX.
