Dr. T. T. Sreekumar

Dr. T. T. Sreekumar is a Professor at the School of Interdisciplinary Studies, English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, and Director of the Educational Multimedia Research Center (EMRC). A bilingual scholar, orator, and political analyst, his academic career includes faculty positions at the National University of Singapore (NUS), MICA Ahmedabad, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He holds an M.Phil. in Applied Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (CDS/JNU) and a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) from HKUST. His research focuses on new media, digital capital, Asian modernity, and the political economy of development. Author of ICTs and Development in India: Perspectives on the Rural Network Society (Anthem Press) alongside multiple volumes on sociopolitical philosophy and cultural theory, his literary and critical contributions have been honored with the Kerala Sahitya Akademi C.B. Kumar Endowment Award (2020).
