Number of waqf properties in Kerala's 14 districts at each stage of the UMEED portal's Maker-Checker-Approver workflow in the snapshot of October 2026 (see snapshot_date), as printed in the Ministry of Minority Affairs' public Waqf Progress Report. The portal labels its figures EXISTING and NEW and does not define them; PRI reads existing as properties already on record before UMEED and new as properties entered on UMEED itself. 79,908 properties had been initiated for Kerala: 63,086 approved (all of them existing), 8,043 waiting for a checker, 4,796 returned to the maker for correction and 85 rejected. Malappuram (32,929), Kozhikode (13,248) and Kannur (8,200) have the most properties, existing and new together. Use it to see how far the digitisation of Kerala's waqf register has progressed in each district; it counts properties and does not describe them, and it is not the Waqf Board's own property list.
