Road accidents registered by Kerala Police across the state, broken down five ways for each year from 2020 to 2024: by cause (16 causes such as fault of the driver, drunken driving, mobile talking, stray animals), by type of road (national highway, state highway, other roads), by the impacting vehicle (53 types, from motor cycles and cars to KSRTC and private buses), by month, and by three-hour time slot separately for urban and rural areas. Each row gives accidents by severity (fatal, grievous, minor, non-injury, total) and persons killed and injured, and every breakdown includes its Total row. Use it to see which causes, roads, vehicles and hours account for road deaths.
