Average earnings in Kerala from the Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) of MoSPI, in rupees. Three earnings measures are given: the average wage or salary earned in the previous calendar month by regular wage or salaried employees, the average wage per day of casual labourers (other than in public works), and the average gross earnings over the last month of the self-employed. Each row is one measure for one sex and sector in one period; agriculture years 2017-18 to 2023-24 carry a figure for each quarter, and calendar years 2022 to 2025 carry one yearly figure. The figures are in current rupees as published. Use it to compare earnings of men and women, or of rural and urban workers, in Kerala.
