One row per local government per financial year: every district panchayat, block panchayat, grama panchayat, municipality and corporation in Kerala (1,200 from 2016-17, 1,202 in 2015-16, 1,208-1,209 before the 2015 reorganisation), with the number of annual plan projects and the outlay approved by the District Planning Committee (DPC), in Rs lakh, split into the productive (agriculture, industry), service (health, education, housing, welfare) and infrastructure sectors. Figures are as shown in Sulekha, the Local Self Government Department's plan monitoring system, on the capture date. Use it to compare how much each local body plans to spend and on what, across districts, types of local body and years.
