Local body-wise completion of incomplete houses under LIFE Mission phase 1 in Kerala, capture 2026

Progress of LIFE Mission phase 1, which completed houses left unfinished under earlier government housing schemes, for the 1,025 local bodies of Kerala that the mission's MIS lists (935 grama panchayat rows, 84 municipalities and 6 corporations; local bodies without phase 1 houses are not listed). For each local body it gives the incomplete houses on 1 November 2017 by the stage reached (no basement, basement, lintel, roof), the houses completed since, and the houses still to be completed by stage, as shown on the mission's public MIS when PRI captured it. Each row is one local body, status and stage. Kerala had 54,117 such houses; 52,673 (97.3%) were completed and 1,444 remained. Use it to compare how far each local body has got with the backlog of incomplete houses.
