Electricity bills that consumers had not paid to the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEBL) at the end of each quarter, in rupees crore, without surcharge or interest. Arrears are given for 12 consumer categories (state government departments, state public sector undertakings, public institutions, local bodies, central government departments, central public sector undertakings, domestic, private institutions, captive power plants, inter-state, licensees and others), separately for low-tension (LT) and high-tension (HT) connections and for arrears that are not in dispute and arrears under dispute. The data covers the whole state at ten quarter-ends from June 2023 to March 2026. Use it to see who owes KSEB the most and how the unpaid amount has moved.
