State level only: beneficiaries and amounts are not published by district. No document exists on the site for February, April, November and December 2022, so those months are missing; the August 2021 fact sheet is hidden in the page source and not read. beneficiaries counts distinct people per scheme and hospital type in the month, so summing over schemes or months may count a person more than once. Non-KASP was called Non-KASP (Covid) until 2023 and includes some late claims for the Covid period (September-October 2022 reports). From March 2023 dialysis is counted as one claim per 12 cycles, which lowers claim counts. The publisher's own totals are inconsistent in two months, flagged in quality_issues: the KBF Total of November 2024 (2,591 beneficiaries against 2,455 for private plus public) and the Grand Total amount of January 2026 (Rs 8,250 above the sum of schemes). Speciality and package-wise claims, hospital rankings, enrolment and grievance figures in the same reports are not extracted. Annual reports are not read.
