Beds in district and general hospitals and in taluk hospitals in each district of Kerala in 2021-22, compared with the beds required under the Indian Public Health Standards (IPHS) for the district's population, with the resulting shortfall (negative) or surplus. Published by the Comptroller and Auditor General in Report No. 6 of 2024 (Public Health Infrastructure and Management of Health Services, Government of Kerala), Table 5.2, from Directorate of Health Services data. Each row is one district (or the Kerala total) and one measure. Use it to compare secondary-care bed capacity across districts.
