All-India gross enrolment ratio (GER) in higher education for the population aged 18-23, for all students and for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, each for males, females and total, for every AISHE survey year from 2011-12 to 2021-22, from the AISHE time series recomputed on the 2011 census population projection (published on aishe.gov.in in June 2025, release period 2025). Each row is one survey year, social group and sex. GER rose from 21.2 in 2011-12 to 28.4 in 2021-22; for ST students from 11.2 to 21.2; women's GER has been above men's since 2018-19. Use it for a consistent national series to compare Kerala's state figures (PRI-EDU-0025) against.
