Cases registered by Kerala Police across the state in each calendar year from 2020, by crime head, in seven groups as the Kerala Police website publishes them: IPC/BNS crimes (20 heads such as murder, rape, theft, cheating and hurt), special and local laws (18 acts such as the NDPS Act, the Abkari Act and the Arms Act), crimes against women (7 heads), crimes against children (11 heads, including POCSO), cyber cases, missing persons, and cases under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for SC and ST victims. Every group includes its Total row. The latest year is partial (2026 up to the month in up_to_month). Groups overlap (crimes against women repeat IPC heads), so do not add groups together. Use it to follow trends in specific crimes, such as NDPS cases or cyber crime, across years.
