The monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Kerala under the old base years of MoSPI: base 2010 (2011 to 2014) and base 2012 (2011 to 2025). Each row is the index and the year-on-year inflation rate, in per cent, for one month, one sector (rural, urban or combined) and one commodity group or subgroup, with the general index as 'General'. It shows how prices of food, housing, clothing, fuel and other groups moved in Kerala over fifteen years. The index has no unit; its value is 100 in the base year. From January 2026 MoSPI publishes a new series with base 2024, in a separate dataset, and the two should not be spliced without the linking factor.
