One row for each of Kerala's 140 assembly constituencies in 14 districts, with the number of State Plan schemes and scheme components that the State Planning Board's PlanSpace portal lists for it, the number of implementing agencies involved and the number of administrative sanctions (AS) shown as received. The counts range from 115 to 183 schemes, 310 to 491 components and 49 to 71 implementing agencies per constituency, and from 205 to 318 sanctions received. They are counts only: the portal prints no rupee amount for a constituency. A scheme that reaches several constituencies is counted in each of them, so the rows must not be added up to a State total. The table lets users compare how widely the plan is spread across constituencies; it does not show how much money reaches each one. Figures are those on the portal's home page on the day of capture and carry no plan year.
