Number of cases filed (instituted) and disposed in the district and subordinate courts of Kerala in each month from January 2018 to October 2026, for the state and its 14 districts, civil and criminal separately, as shown on the National Judicial Data Grid. Disposals fall sharply in the months of the 2020 pandemic closures. The state rows equal the sum of the 14 district rows. Use it with the pending-case snapshot (PRI-LAW-0008) to see whether courts are clearing more than they receive. The month in which the data was captured (November 2026) is left out because it is incomplete.
