Average annual cancer incidence rates per hundred thousand people in the population-based cancer registries of Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam, as printed in the registry chapters of the ICMR-NCDIR three-year reports for 2009-2011 and 2012-2014. Each row is one registry, report, sex, cancer site (ICD-10 code), and either an age-specific rate for a five-year age group or one of four all-ages measures: the crude rate, the age-adjusted rate (AAR, to the world standard population, the figure used to compare areas), its standard error and the truncated rate for ages 35-64. Rates are blank where the report prints a dash, which happens mostly for age groups with no cases. The Thiruvananthapuram 2009-2011 rates are for the taluk only, so they are not comparable with 2012-2014; the case counts behind the rates are in PRI-HLT-0010.
