Prices of building materials in rupees, collected by the Department of Economics and Statistics in every district of Kerala and published each quarter for use in construction estimates. Each row is the price of one material (for example a grade of cement, a size of steel bar, a kind of tile) in one district in one quarter, or the annual average of the quarters of 2023-24 and 2024-25. The materials fall in 21 groups, from bricks, sand and granite to timber, steel, roofing, paint, sanitary ware and electricals. The price is per the unit in the Unit column (a ton, a cubic metre, 1000 pieces, a litre and so on). A district without a quoted price for a material in a quarter has no row.
