Length in kilometres of the roads maintained by the Kerala Public Works Department (Roads and Bridges wing) in each of the 14 districts, split into State Highways and Major District Roads, with their total, as printed in the appendix 'District-wise and Category-wise Length of Roads Maintained by PWD' of the Kerala Economic Review (source: PWD R&B). Editions 2015 to 2025 are included. Each row is one district, edition and measure; the table, page and file of each edition are listed under Source documents. In the 2025 edition the district totals range from 877 km in Wayanad to 3,312 km in Kottayam. It covers roads maintained by the PWD only; National Highways (a separate table in the same appendix), Local Self Government roads and PMGSY roads are not included. Use it to compare road length across districts, not to measure road quality or traffic.

One row for each plan scheme that the State Planning Board's PlanSpace portal lists on the page of an assembly constituency, grouped by the implementing agency that carries it out: 19,121 rows for all 140 constituencies and 119 agencies. A row names the constituency and its district, the agency, and the scheme with its code, head of account and category (State scheme, Other centrally sponsored or 100% centrally sponsored). The portal gives no money against a constituency, so the table has no outlay or expense; for the amounts of a scheme join its scheme code and agency to PRI-GOV-0023. The number of rows per constituency adds up to the scheme counts of PRI-GOV-0016. The table shows which schemes the portal places in a constituency, as shown on the day of capture; the portal names no plan year.

One row for each plan scheme that an implementing agency lists on the State Planning Board's PlanSpace portal: 2,679 schemes belonging to 259 agencies. For every scheme the table gives the scheme code and name, the head of account it is budgeted under, its category (State scheme, Other centrally sponsored or 100% centrally sponsored), the number of components, the project outlay and the financial expense in lakh rupees. It is the scheme-level counterpart of PRI-GOV-0017, which adds these figures up for each agency and administrative department; the scheme counts of the two datasets agree for every agency. It is the table to use to find which schemes make up an agency's plan, how large each is and how much of it the portal records as spent. The figures are as shown on the portal on the day of capture and the portal names no plan year. It is not audited accounts: the expense is the portal's own running figure.

Number of farmers on the PM-KISAN (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi) beneficiary list in each of the 1,666 Kerala villages (2,497,265 farmers in all), with the count of men, women and others, as shown in the scheme's public Beneficiary Status report on 3 November 2026. Each village row carries the district it lies in (LGD district code), so the counts can be summed to districts. The portal does not tie villages to blocks, so there is no block breakdown. The village code is the portal's own code, the Census 2011 / LGD village code, with the site's own suffixes such as "(Part)" and "(CT)" kept in the village name. It shows where the scheme's income support reaches in Kerala and how the list is split by gender. It does not show payments: the public site publishes no amount or instalment data. Names of farmers are not part of the dataset and were never saved.

The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Resources that flow from the Centre to each State and UT, in rupees crore: tax devolution, grants and other transfers, shown gross and net. Net is the gross figure minus repayments of loans to the Centre and interest payments on loans from the Centre, so it shows what a State really keeps from the Union. The table is the devolution and transfer statement of RBI's State Finances study and shows how much of each State's budget depends on the Union, for example how Kerala's transfers compare with larger States. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values. The table has 372 rows, one per State or UT, reference period, estimate type and measure, with the State name as printed beside its LGD code.

The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Deficit position and fiscal ratios of each State and UT in RBI's State Finances study. It joins three statements: the revenue deficit or surplus (revenue receipts and revenue expenditure), the gross fiscal deficit or surplus (expenditure and receipts) and the major fiscal indicators, ratios in percent such as own revenue to revenue expenditure, interest payment to revenue receipts, committed expenditure to revenue expenditure and pension to revenue expenditure. Amounts are in rupees crore (one crore is ten million); a deficit is positive and a surplus negative. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values. The table has 3,162 rows, one per State or UT, reference period, estimate type and measure, with the State name as printed beside its LGD code.

The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Each State's and UT's share of the combined revenue of all States and UTs, in percent, for tax revenue (split into own tax revenue and the share in central taxes) and non-tax revenue (split into own non-tax revenue and grants). The source marks these columns as ratios to the total of all States and UTs, so the values of one measure, one year and one estimate type add up to the whole across the States. The table lets a reader see how large Kerala's own tax base is compared with other States, and how much States rely on central tax shares and grants. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values. The table has 1,395 rows, one per State or UT, reference period, estimate type and measure, with the State name as printed beside its LGD code.

The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Aggregate development expenditure and non-development expenditure of each State and UT in rupees crore, from the two development-expenditure statements of RBI's State Finances study. Development expenditure comprises expenditure on the revenue and capital accounts and loans and advances extended by States for development purposes; non-development expenditure covers the rest, such as interest payments, pensions and administration. The split shows how much of a State's spending goes to development heads. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values. The table has 558 rows, one per State or UT, reference period, estimate type and measure, with the State name as printed beside its LGD code.

The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Share of each State's and UT's aggregate expenditure that goes to education and to medical and public health and family welfare, in percent, as a yearly series from 2006-07 to the budget year of the latest edition. Education includes sports, art and culture and both measures cover revenue expenditure and capital outlay. The series lets a reader compare Kerala's priorities with other States over many years. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values. The Reserve Bank of India compiles the budgets of the State Governments and the UTs of Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir into its annual study State Finances: A Study of Budgets. Expenditure of each State and UT on the social sector in rupees crore and as a percent of total disbursement, as a yearly series from 2006-07 to the budget year of the latest edition. RBI defines the social sector as social services, rural development and food storage and warehousing, under revenue expenditure, capital outlay and loans and advances. Because every edition repeats the whole series, the table also shows how past years were revised from one edition to the next. Three editions are included (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Each edition gives the accounts of the year before last, the revised estimate of last year and the budget estimate of the budget year, so a year can appear in several editions with different estimate types and slightly different values.
